WHAT THE MIND NEEDS IN COVID?


    In the situation of covid, the mind of some may be depressed. Anger, rage, and frustration make it impossible to think positively. What do we need to do to prevent the mind from being locked down?

Create a good family atmosphere: Avoid conflicts and fights and create a loving family atmosphere. The mind gains strength when faced with crisis.

Avoid alcohol and intoxicants: Quit using alcohol and drugs to reduce stress. Otherwise it can lead to other health problems.

Let's open the mind: Tell someone about stress. It will bring relief.

Let's help each other: If there are covid patients in the house, provide them with rooms and facilities. Supporting each other will increase mental strength.



Exercise: Exercise can give strength to body and mind.  Find exercises you can do at home.

Sleep and food: Proper sleep and food are essential not only for the body but also for the mind.

Positive Thinking: Fill the mind with good thoughts and do not listen to wrong messages.
